These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Aurestine storefront and should be read with the Privacy Policy and the policies relevant to ordering, payment, shipping and returns.

1. Using the Storefront

By using the storefront or placing an order, read these terms and the information presented for the relevant transaction. Use the service only where you have the legal capacity and any permission required to do so. Provide accurate details needed to process the purchase and contact you about it. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force even where a provision of these terms cannot apply.

2. Product Use and Care

Select a product appropriate to the intended use and follow the instructions and warnings supplied for that item. Check any stated compatibility, sizing, care or assembly information before using it. If the information needed to decide on suitability is absent, contact the store before purchase rather than assuming a feature. Report an apparent defect or incorrect item promptly under the Refund Policy; this section does not restrict non-waivable rights.

3. Orders, Prices and Availability

Check the selected item, variant, quantity, shipping information and final amount before submitting an order. Product availability and displayed prices should be reviewed at the time of purchase. Keep the order confirmation for later inquiries. If a listing, amount or order detail appears incorrect, contact the store with the product and order reference so the issue can be considered under the relevant order information and applicable law.

4. Payment, Currency and Charges

The shop currency is USD. The payment methods available for a particular order are those presented in checkout. Review the final amount, shipping charge and any tax shown before authorizing payment; do not send card or bank credentials by email. A payment-provider decline or an authorization entry should be checked with the provider as appropriate, without repeatedly submitting payment if an order may already exist.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days; weekend and holiday orders begin on the next business day. Domestic shipping covers all 50 United States states. International customers must contact the store before ordering to confirm delivery availability and charges. Tracking is provided after dispatch. Carrier transit is separate from processing and no fixed transit-day commitment is created by these terms. Read the Shipping Policy for reporting delivery problems.

6. Returns, Refunds and Changes

A return may be requested within 30 days after receipt. Personal-preference returns require the item to be unworn and unused with tags and original packaging. The EU cooling-off provision and all mandatory rights remain applicable. Approved returns receive a label and instructions. After inspection and approval, an original-method refund is made within 10 business days, with bank posting time additional; contact the store if it remains missing after 15 business days. Return-shipping cost arrangements must be confirmed in the return instructions rather than assumed from these terms.

7. Customer Information and Responsibilities

Use accurate contact and delivery information and review it before placing the order. If a mistake is found or a change is requested, contact the store promptly and identify the current order status. Keep relevant confirmation, tracking and return records when seeking assistance. Nothing in this section makes an unconfirmed request an automatic order change or removes rights relating to an incorrect or defective item.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

Respect the intellectual-property and privacy rights associated with website content, product images, reviews and other submitted material. Do not submit unlawful content, another person's private information or material that you have no right to use. Product brands remain associated with their respective products; using this storefront does not transfer ownership of a third-party mark or create an unverified authorization claim.

9. Service Limitations and Mandatory Law

Online services and third-party integrations can be affected by availability or technical problems. Any applicable disclaimer or limitation is subject to mandatory law and cannot exclude a liability or consumer remedy that may not lawfully be excluded. The law applicable to the transaction and any mandatory consumer protections govern.

10. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the storefront, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, transmit harmful code or use another person's account or payment details without authority. Use search, product pages, checkout and customer support for their intended purposes. A request for assistance should identify the real issue and should not include passwords, full card credentials or information unrelated to the purchase.

11. Products and Listing Information

The current catalog includes the skin care edit, perfume & cologne, wellness & personal care, bathing & body care, sets & kits, wash, treat & style, sun & tanning care, makeup & colour, more products, beauty tools & accessories. Each item should be assessed using its own title, description, options, images and current availability. A specification shown for one product must not be assumed to apply to another. Review dimensions, sizing, materials, included components and use or care information where those details are supplied. A product name does not create an additional performance promise or certification.

12. Changes, Questions and Related Policies

Read the current published terms when making a new purchase and retain the information relevant to an existing order. Later changes do not by themselves remove rights already arising from a purchase.
